Refund policy

At Yaarify, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To ensure that your return or exchange process is as smooth as possible, please review the following guidelines:
    ◦    Video Evidence for Returns/Damage:
    ◦    When requesting a return or reporting damage, please provide an unaltered opening video of the parcel.
    ◦    The video should be a continuous, unedited recording, capturing the entire unboxing process, with a clear view of the package label and seal.
    ◦    Customizable Products:
    ◦    Non-Returnable: Most of our products are customizable, making them unique to each customer’s specifications.
    ◦    Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are non-returnable.
    ◦    Exceptions: However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective item, we will provide a full replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement within 2-3 days of Deliver.
    ◦    Non-Customizable Products:
    ◦    Return Policy: For non-customizable products,  item can be returned in its original condition for a refund or replacement within 2-3 days of Deliver.
    ◦    Replacement Policy:
    ◦    Customizable Products: In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect customization, we offer a 7-day replacement policy. Please contact us via email, the contact form on our website, or WhatsApp to initiate the replacement process.
    ◦    Cancellation Policy:
    ▪    If a customer wishes to cancel their order:
    ▪    If cancellation is requested within 30 minutes of placing the order, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
    ▪    If the cancellation request is made after 1 hour but before dispatch from our side, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
    ▪    However, once the product is dispatched from our side, cancellation cannot be accommodated, and no refund will be provided.
